General information

In the anybill portal, you have the option of adding new users and assigning them individual rights. You can also create user groups to easily assign the same rights to multiple users.


User overview

In the anybill portal, you will find an overview of all created users and user groups in your anybill account in the Access Management menu.

Create or edit users

By clicking on "+" in the user table, you can create a new user. By directly clicking on an existing user, you have the same options.



Enter the required information:

  • E-mail address of the new user
  • Secure password (min. 8 characters, min. 1 uppercase letter, lowercase letter, number, special characters)


Select a function of the portal under "Area" and decide under "Access" whether the area may only be viewed or also modified.


Create or edit group

The same procedure applies to creating and editing a new user group.
