General Information
On the digital receipt website (see this sample page) your customers have the option to have the PDF receipt sent to them by e-mail:
If they have activated the "Email & Newsletter Opt-In" package, you can retrieve the email addresses in the portal to use them for your newsletter, for example. The prerequisite is that the user has given his consent to this in the dialog (see screenshot above).
Depending on the configuration you have chosen in consultation with our customer service, we will provide you with the e-mail addresses either via the anybill Portal or via direct and automatic transmission to your newsletter tool.

In the anybill Portal, the e-mail addresses entered are made available to you:
You can see the e-mail addresses in the table and copy them directly to the clipboard.
To retrieve multiple addresses at the same time, simply click "Multiple download" and select the corresponding entries. These will then be downloaded in an Excel file.
Automatic transmission
Depending on the agreement with our customer service, we do not provide the e-mail addresses in the portal for manual retrieval, but automatically via transmission to your newsletter tool. Please simply contact your anybill contact person or write an email to [email protected].
